Player of the Season voting now open

It’s that time of the year again when voting for the player of the season begins. The presentation is taking place on the 27th April and all votes need to be submitted by Wednesday 24th April.

Here’s how it works. There are 3 awards to vote for. For Player of the season, you vote your side’s best player, for Goal of the season, for the best goal scored for your team. You can place a vote for any AP side you have played 7 or more games for.

There is also Clubman of the year, the name of the person you think has done most to ensure the smooth running of the club this year.

Training

Club training both on Tuesday and Thursday has now finished for the season. Preseason training is scheduled to begin in June/July. Thank you to all members for making the training sessions a great success.

Sat 27th April – End of season presentation night (followed by a ‘race night’ organised by the cricket club)
