Sam scored an absolute worldy just before half-time, letting the ball run across him and lacing a stunning right-foot shot on the bounce and into the far corner. MOTM Louis led the line brilliantly throughout, and finished a half-chance expertly to make the game safe when we were under pressure in the second half.
AP didn’t play anywhere near our best, but we did what good teams do – we found a way to win.
