Club chairman and all-round legend Dave Mcloughlin is this year getting involved in Movember. The aim of this is to show his solidarity with the club’s array of handsome bearded gentleman, but also to raise some money.
As you can see from the artist’s impression above he is going to look utterly absurd, so let’s at least make it worthwhile by giving some money to charity.
Club not holding a firework event – but bar will be open
Ally Pally firework event is a ticket only event
After 3.00 p.m. access to club requires vehicle pass to be displayed on windscreen (restrictions apply – no access or exit after 6.00 p.m. vehicles at the club after this time will have to stay put until circa 9.30 p.m.)
Wristbands provided for pedestrians. The wristbands allows access to the Club NOT the Firework event at the Palace.
Distribution of WRISTBANDS and VEHICLE PASSES on the day by captains for players and oppositions returning to Club.
Hopefully arrangements now made for others and Clubhouse open “as normal”.
Entry via Bedford Road only – there may be queues at the barriers.
This is a first for everyone as ALLY PALLY have never before closed off the Park in this way for such an event.
