Results went mostly against AP this week. The 1’s long running league unbeaten run came to an end as they lost 4-0 to Polytechnic. The 2’s suffered their first loss of the season, 3-0, to local rivals Crouch End Vamps. The 3’s meanwhile were unlucky to lose 1-0 to a late penalty away to BB Eagles. The 4’s went out of the AFA Minor Cup on penalties to Old Wilsonians who had equalized in the last minute of extra time. One of the days bright spots was the 5’s 4-1 away win to Old Finchleans. The 6’s saw out a 1-1 draw at home to Winchmore Hill. In the AP Clasico the 7’s got their first win of the season thanks to a 4-2 win against the 8’s. The Vets meanwhile rolled back the years to come out 4-1 winners against Winchmore Hill.
