The 1’s, 2-1 down at half time and after receiving the hair dryer treatment from manager John Morris, fought back to draw 2-2 away to Bank of England and keep their unbeaten league record going. Matt Kelly with a goal of the season contender and Alex Patterson with the goals. The 2’s were out classed by promotion chasing Old Wilsonians, going down 4-0. The 3’s drew 1-1 away to Old Stationers thanks to an Ashley Brade goal. A point next week should confirm them as league champions. The 4’s beat Old Finchleans 1-0 in a relegation six pointer at the Racecourse thanks to a first half Brad Firth goal. The 5’s had their back to the walls for most of the second half but managed to hold on for a 2-1 win at Winchmore Hill in the opening round of the Spring Cup. The 6’s had too much for the visiting Old Actonians running out 7-1 winners with Michael Graves grabbing five goals. The 7’s drew 2-2 all with Old Blues Reserves at Albert Road, Darren Tullett and Torq Pagdin on the scoresheet for AP. The 8’s narrowly lost 2-1 to Winchmore Hill in an early kick off at the Racecourse.
