APs thoughts and prayers are with local lad Fabrice Muamba.

Thanks to a 5-3 win over Ibis the 1’s have been crowned SAL Senior Division 3 champions. A Matt Kelly hat trick and one a piece from Jay Hughes and Dan Gunyon were enough to see them ensure the championship and keep their unbeaten record intact. The Reserves put last weeks poor performance behind them beating Weirside Rangers 2-0 away in Surrey. Richie Hancock and Tom Spencer with the goals. The 3’s put 8 unanswered goals past Old Lats to keep their league unbeaten run going. The 4’s have a massive game next week after losing 3-2 to league leaders EBOGs which leaves them dangerously close to the drop. The 5’s finish the season in midtable as they finished off their league fixtures with a 3-1 defeat away to Old Finchleans. Tom White with the consolation from the penalty spot. The 6’s poor run of  form continues with a 6-1 reverse away to Southgate Olympic. The 7’s were unlucky to lose 3-2 away to Winchmore Hill and will be looking to finish the season on a more positive note next week. The 8’s were on the end of heavy defeat away to Broomfield.
