It’s that time already! Time to shake the remnants of last season’s mud from your boots with a couple of laps around the Racecourse, as we gear up for pre-season at Ally Pally. Prepare to re-acquaint yourself with your first touch as we ease you back into being at least slightly more fit, before trying to coax you back into the Clubhouse to undo all that hard work!
Please note, owing to the exceedingly high temperatures we are currently enduring, the training field will be very firm. It is therefore advisable that players attend in turf/artificial ground boots. Water will be provided on the sidelines, and we recommend you stay well hydrated throughout the session.
