With restrictions lifted as of Monday 19 July, pre-season training will be able to return largely as normal. With that said, we would request that participants exercise caution and common sense wherever possible, especially with regards to close contact and adherence to self-isolation, for the well being of yourself and your teammates.
Sessions are £6 each and remain on a pre-paid / pre-registration basis so that we can provide the best quality of training for all participants.
