Alexandra Park Club AGM – March 15th, 7pm start
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ALEXANDRA PARK CLUB WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON TUESDAY 15 MARCH 2016 AT 8.00 P.M. incorporating The Alexandra Park Cricket Club, The Alexandra Park Football Club and The Alexandra Park Youth Football Club.
The formal agenda for this meeting will be circulated in due course along with the Honorary Club Secretary’s Report and other related information.
Please diary the date now and make every effort to attend.
The Clubhouse wil be open and light food on offer from 7.00 p.m. We hope to have a good turn-out from all sections of the AP Club at this important meeting. The Club remains over-reliant on too few for all areas of administration. A little assistance, thought and understanding goes a long way.
Please consider what you can do to help the Club be it on the main Management Committee, its Sub-Committees or just by showing more awareness of the challenges and helping out. Brief job descriptions are now available and will be circulated to some extent or please email Jenny if you wish to receive a copy direct.
AGMs, while a necessary formality, are also an opportunity for all to show an interest in the Club and contribute to its future. Do please attend the AGM, avoid uninformed criticism and learn more about the realities of running the AP Club.
