COVID-19 GUIDANCE
The bar is open for drinks and there is limited seating inside from this Saturday. Seating will also be available on the veranda.
Players are reminded to bring their own hand sanitiser and labelled water bottles, as well as a face covering. Please also remember to social distance pre-match, post-match and when on the subs bench.
Following the government’s announcement earlier this week, there are a few more rules to be aware of when at the Clubhouse, and the clubs of other teams:
- Face coverings must be worn at all times inside unless you are seated at a table to eat or drink. This includes those serving at the bar or using it.
- All indoor facilities will close by 10pm
- All indoor facilities must support the use NHS Test and Trace QR codes. QR codes have been printed and are up in the Clubhouse.
Here’s how to download the app to your device. It should be useful for you in other aspects of your life, unless your only socialising takes place at the AP Clubhouse – which would be understandable with such well-priced drinks. Non-playing members especially should ‘check in’ using the app and QR code, or sign a form upon arrival at the Clubhouse.
The government’s latest Covid-19 measures are legal requirements. Failure to follow them could result in fines.
Only use the Clubhouse to:
- collect and return equipment
- use toilet facilities
- queue for the bar
There are no changing facilities or showers available at the Clubhouse.
The bar is open for drinks and there is limited seating inside. There will be no food served.
If you develop Covid-19 symptoms within 48 of playing for AP, contact your team captain and Tim Banks, the club’s Covid officer.
