Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Alexandra Park Football Club will take place on Monday 24th June 2019 commencing at 7.30pm at the Clubhouse.

This is the event when captains for next season’s teams are voted in as well as key roles on the Football Committee.

In order to stand you will need to attend the AGM, or indicate your intention to stand (please contact Pat McGlogan to express your intention if you are unable to attend). At the AGM you will need to be proposed and seconded by other members.

Captaincies and committee positions are open to all paid up members of the club so please ensure any outstanding monies owed are paid by Friday 21st June at the latest. It will not be possible to settle any debts on the day. Please contact Richard Gibbs if you are unsure if you have any outstanding match fees, fines, etc.

The Football Secretary’s report and a formal agenda will be sent out in the week prior to the AGM.
