Training Update
As of the week beginning 14 September, training at the club will end.
All training will take place on 3G astro, so please bring appropriate footwear (i.e. not studs!). Each session will be led by an FA qualified coach. Cost of each session is £5 (£3 for Women, Students, U21 and Unemployed).
If you do not pay, you will not be able to train.
Teams are training at the following times and places – space is limited so please attend the appropriate session:
Tuesdays @ New River Sports Centre, N22 5QW
7-8pm – Women’s
7-8.30pm – 3s-5s
8-9.30pm – 6s-8s
8.30-10pm – 1-2s
Thursdays @ Greig City Academy, N8 7NU
6.30-8pm – 9s-10s and new players
Colin Benbow
It is with sad regret that one of the old members Colin Benbow has sadly passed away after a heart attack at home.
Colin was associated with the club for many years playing both football and cricket, for those that knew Colin as a football player he played as a winger and in his early days played for the 2nd and 3rd teams, in later years he moved down to play for the lower sides before ending up playing for the vets side. Colin had a very dry sense of humour and could be very funny with his quick comments that he often made.
Our sympathies go out to Colins family. For those wishing to go to the funeral details are below and the service is at 3pm Forest Park Crematorium, Forest Road, Hainault, Essex, IG6 3HP • Tel 0208 501 2236
After the service there is a church sevice at 4pm at Havering Methodist Church, Corner of Moray Way, off Havering Road, Rise Park, Romford, RM1 4YD • Food Will Be Available
