Our season starts again 5th July 2012. Not pre-season – but the season.
2011/12 was fantastic and showed just what hard work and belief (and some skill) can achieve. Last season has gone. Greater challenges now await all of us this season. We will meet these challenges head-on with hard work and an even greater commitment from you.
This hard work begins on 5th July and will continue throughout the season.

We have a full schedule to cover including tactical, technical and of course conditioning. I will also be covering ‘Football Nutrition’, another important detail to help us achieve more together. We only have a limited time to cover this important agenda. It is therefore important you attend as many sessions as possible.
What? APFC 2012 Training
Where? Racecourse Ground, Alexandra Park
When? Thursday 5th July, and every Thursday thereafter
Times? 18:30hrs – 21:00hrs
Training will commence at 6:30pm sharp. Don’t be on time – be early!
Please bring the following with you: firm ground boots, shin pads and trainers. Please also bring a water bottle. You are responsible for your proper hydration, before, during and after training. This will enable you to last the duration of the workouts planned for you!
