SAL Senior Division Three - 15th Jan. 2012

The 1’s came back with a narrow 1-0 win in their top of the table clash at South Bank Cuaco putting them top of the league, Dan Jones with the winning goal. Another Michael Hubbard hat trick helped the 2’s qualify for the quarter finals of the Middlesex/Essex Senior Cup overcoming Old Salvatorians 4-2 at the Racecourse. The 3’s continued their winning ways beating Lloyds TSB 1-0 thanks to a Fullerton penalty. The 4’s had a last minute goal ruled out to draw 3-3 in the local derby against Crouch End Vamps, Elvis Semaj scoring a first half brace. The 5’s beat bottom of the table Southgate Olympic 4-3, Kralik(2), Firth and Doddimead with the goals for AP. The 6’s were the only AP team to lose this weekend going down 1-0 to Old Parks at Albert Road. The 8’s pulled off a famous victory winning 3-1 away to Old Parks in the league, Croft, Potter and Robbins grabbing the goals.
