AP 1st XI MOM Alex Patterson

The first teams trek down to Chiswick ended in a 3 goal defeat. BBB has asked his players to take this week to reflect on the season so far and voice any concerns at the end of it. The reserves enjoyed the luxury environs of HSBC and repaid their generous hosts with a 2 – 1 win, Kenga getting both goals.

The 3’s positive run continues. Carter, a Hubbard brace and an Elezoua goal enough to see off Kew Association and progress in the AFA Junior Cup. Not such a good result for stand in skipper Hancox and the 4s. A 4 – 0 defeat against a strong Nottsborough side.

The 5s were not in action this week but Millsy’s 6s we’re at satellite ground, Albert Road. After coming in at half time 3 – 1 down (Battams) they managed to get level thanks to an impressive brace from Brade only for Southgate to fire home and steal all 3 points.

The 7s good form continues with a 2 – 1 victory at Old Parks, Shakir and TBC getting the goals. The 8s managed a couple of goals too (OG and Tullet) but were beaten soundly at Old Wokingians in the AFA Junior Novets Cup.
