Membership Form

In order to become a member of The Alexandra Park Club a Membership form is required to be completed in addition to any Football player registration requirements.

Each application will be considered by the Football Club Committee responsible for player administration.

The information provided will  be used for Club Administration purposes and entered onto the Whole Game System database, which is administered by the FA. We also pass your information to the County FA and to leagues to register participants and the team for matches, tournaments or other events, and for affiliation purposes.
