Membership Form

According to the Rules of the Club, a Membership form is required to be completed in addition to any Football player registration requirements.

Playing members:

  1. Each application will be considered by the individual Club Committee (APFC) responsible for player administration.
  2. New members will be informed of their election by the appropriate Club Secretary
  3. On election, payment of the appropriate subscription becomes due. The election may be withdrawn if the subscription is not paid within 14 days of notification of election.

In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, the details you give will be held on computer by the Club Membership Secretary and individual Club Secretaries for the purpose of Club administration.
